Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: your Denison email address and password (hashed — we never see it).
• Order information: your name, dorm building and room number, selected delivery timeslot, and the items you purchase.
• Payment information: card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by Clover. We only receive a payment confirmation and last-four digits.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and fulfill your orders.
• To send you order confirmation and delivery emails.
• To contact you if there is an issue with your order.

We do not use your information for advertising or sell it to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your account and order data is stored in Supabase, a cloud database service. Supabase stores data in secure, encrypted infrastructure. You can read Supabase's privacy policy at supabase.com/privacy.

4. Third-Party Services

• Stripe — payment processing. Your card data goes directly to Stripe and is never stored on Clover's servers.
• Resend — transactional email (order confirmations). Your email address is passed to Resend solely to deliver these messages.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing onlygrace0723@gmail.com . We will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
